The Panasonic DP-601 that I purchased from Autotoys came with an adapter cable yet the factory cable plugs into the unit. What is the purpose of this cable? The changer gets power from the factory cable.<p>Do I have to remove the negative battery cable or can I just leave the keys out of the ignition during install?<p>TIA<br>Vince<br>
