..... so here it is on the line.
WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS IF POSSIBLE NOW THAT i HAVE YOUR ATTENTION!??!?
1) Sport suspension package..... why get it? Is it more then what can be bought in the aftermarket or is it a waste if you are going to do aftermarket springs and shocks? Does the Sport package include bushings etc therefore making it a better buy???
2) Someone please for once and for all tell me where to find info on Canadian pricing like you have posted here for the US market...... pppppplllleeeease!! WHy is this such a secret or is it that no one knows a darn thing about this. It's just some silly numbers....... THAT I JUST GOTTA HAVE!!!
All my other wanker questions I hope will be answered at the Detroit Auto Show tomorrow.
My appologies for the outburst. I am really a kinda nice guy from up here in Toronto Canada..... just a little warp when I need to find out things and no one seems to wanna answer me!!
Regards
Sport suspension package is a good $ deal, if its good enough for your handeling tastes, otherwise, spend (much) more money for shocks, springs, swaybars, rims, tires, Sport steering wheel, and installation labor/hassle for the ultimate set-up.
I recommend the Sport Seat option in, any case, as the stock "comfort" seats are pretty poor.

I don't know if the guy at autodepot was serious or not, but he told me that the wholesale price for a 2.8 Quattro was around $32000CDN. I know because I just purchased an A4 last month. Bought the sports package too. I thought that it was a good option considering you get the sports wheel as well for little under $500. But then again I'd say after driving it for a month that after market packages would cost a bit more but would be better.
Drop me a line if you have questions, 'cause I'm in your neighbourhood.
One nice thing about factory sport suspensions is they are not as severe as aftermarket. Nice and in-between if that's what you are looking for.
