It was such a pain in the ass, and I had to figure out so much stuff that it's my duty to share in my lessons learned.

the copper is exposed. If the ground and power came into contact, which is likely with the exposed wire, BOOM! This happened to me, luckily i did't loose my amp, just had a lot of sparks.
