Ok, every audio, video and flash file that I view runs a 2x speed!! So all my music sounds like chipmunks and vids, etc.. move at 2x!!! What could be causing this? In my 10+ years of using PCs I have never seen this... Hmmmm

its a Dell 1000mhz or somesuch with 256mb ram and win2k. no hardware added at all, no software that would interfere with the audio... i'm puzzled!

... this usually fixes most problems unless it's a hardware failure. Service Pack 2 is the lastest for Windows 2000.
