My fiance' and I are thinking about going to one of these islands for our honeymoon and I'd like to see if anyone has been and knows of an upscale (luxury) place to stay. Some of the nice places we're looking at were $400+ per night which is not too bad.

Also what is there to do that doesn't involve water sports or golf?

Think about Aruba. I just got back from there about 3 weeks ago and it was awsome! I stayed at the Sonesta resort which has rooms going into those prices and you have a host of water sports, gambling and golf all over. Email me if you want more info.
