"A better tomorrow" I'll consider this is the best Chinese movie I ever watch. Besides Chow Yun Fat, the producer of this movie is Tsui Hark (director of Double Impact) and directed by John Woo.
it beats out the tea house in Hard Boiled for certain.
John Woo is a GOD!
By the way, if you don't already have them, pick up Hard Boiled, The Killer, and the other A Better Tomorrow's.

It's kinda weird, from Blowfish to S4's to John Woo.
I thought I was one of the only "whitey's" that was into that ****.
Cool.

Once Upon a Time in China - Jet Li is absolutley amazing in this
The Prodigal Son - more old school (no real wire flying) and a little more comedic, but it's awesome watching Sammo Hung's fat ass do his moves (that boy is agile)

Defintely all of the Once Upon A Time in China series, Jet Li kicks some serious ass.
Iron Monkey is INSANE!
And if you're into Anime and Martial Arts, give Ninja Scroll a look-see.

But seeing the whole series could be hard; looks like they are up to 8 or something... Both the "A Better Tomorrow"s are also great. Definitely a big fan of that whole genre of movies, even though I'm another whitey...

about 3 friends (Tony Leung, Jacky Cheung, Waise Lee) who escape the probs of Hong Kong by going to Vietnam to work for a smuggling ring (right, good idea). There, they get their hands on a crap load of gold, and then greed kicks in - the whole premise is how strong their loyalties are.
