damn it's challenging.
All I can say is that the Montreal track is breathtaking. The skyline is incredibly accurate and you can recognize the Jacques Cartier bridge as well. The Bridgestone Potenza tires area awesome too.
Too early to make up my mind about it

Hey GusS,

Did u play GP3 here in the US or Europe? As I know, it doesn't come out here in the US until 8/22/00. But I think it came out in Europe already. Yep, it should be an awesome game!!! Were u a GP2 player? Us GP2 diehards have been waiting for GP3 to come out for ages. Can u provide any more details to GP3? Thanks!!!

I'm in Canada (Montreal actually - it's why I was so impressed with the Gilles Villeneuve track). I got it not from the store.. :) I was an avid player of both grand prix games I & II. However for the past 6 months I've been playing a Rally game so this may be why I found it impossibly hard to drive (especially w/o throttle assist). It may be because driving a rally car is so different. I use a Force Feedback wheel and it feels lighter at center than at full lock, which is different from most other games. I can't give you a more detailed review because I've only played it for 15 minutes, and I haven't even gotten into the car setup. Have you seen the screenshots? It looks gorgeous.

Oh yeah, it runs great at 1024x768 at half detail on my PIII 500 w/ a Matrox G400 32mb
