I have a Mission Impossible: 2 poster with Tom Cruise on the front with Magnolia-esque hair blowing around and flames in the background.

I also have the VIII Special Edition Poster that came in the box with my copy of Final Fantasy VIII (with the Rinoa poster and a couple other things).

Both Squall and Tom Cruise have cuts on their faces, flames in the background, and the general layout of the poster is identical.

Then again, these Mission Impossible guys just can't win with the marketing... remember the fuss five years ago with the similarity between Cruise's profile and the MIA/POW flag?

... for the FF geeks, the game is a first-ed. from the Tokyo release with the promo intro and japanese text with the gray cursor.
