Lost the screw cap from one of the front floor mat anchors on my 98 A4. Probably happened at the car wash. Are they replaceable and if so where can I buy them & how much?<p>Would like suggestions as to how to deal with car washes pulling the car mats out to clean them & subsequently damaging the anchors.

I would recommend not using car washes at all. I either clean it myself or bring it to a detail shop where they hand wash it inside and out for $15. Occasionally in a pinch I will bring it to a touchless carwash to do the exterior only. I'm a bit overprotective.<g>
