Kirk 10-26-1998, 11:13 PM Actual xenon lights increase your viewing field and approximate daylight spectrum while utilizing less energy.
some of the ion bulbs REDUCE you visibility and only "glow" blue.
PIAA SuperWhites, not too sure about, I think rich quinlin uses them in his H4 setup. Email him for details or do an archive search for PIAA superwhites.
Kirk Samarjit 10-26-1998, 11:22 PM I checked the archives and it looks like the lowbeam is an H7. According to the archives, Piaa doesn't make H7's...however, the guy doing the installs on my car says he can get me Piaa superwhite's in H7 config...is he screwing me around? Dmak 10-27-1998, 06:50 AM PIAA super whites are just whiter than regular halogen.. A definite better than regular halogens.
Dmak Rich Quinlan 10-27-1998, 08:05 AM I switched my headlights to the Valeo H-4 european spec hedlight (from LL Tek). This is a vast improvement all by itself. The H-4 Superwhites are indeed much better than a normal halogen, and have a VERY intense white color, that makes whatever it shines on stand out more clearly.
There's a pic of the headlights on my site.
Rich Quinlan
Nowhere near stock '97 1.8tqms

Quinland

|
