I got all access passes for formula Indy in Rio and they wouldn't let uss over the wall.


Everyone needed a fire suit

ALMS seems to be one of the most fan-friendly of the pro races.

This is a pic from Laguna Seca ALMS in 2006.

We do have to wear a firesuit for the hot pits. That is why ALMS is so much fun for the fans.

and I wasn't about to bother them.

but it never happened. It wasn't until the cars had moved to the track to grid that we were asked to leave area since the track and pits were going hot.
