it was going really well right up to the point where I fell off the road ;-P
Regardless, it one of the best times I've ever had in a race car :) The trick is don't lift in the puddles when the car aquaplanes and you blow by everyone heh.
I eventually spun due to an over-eager right foot, the starter motor breaks on these if the car goes backwards for even a fraction of a second so I was unable to restart.
Only got down to 1:30.9 in the one dry session of the weekend, didn't get the new rear wing in time. Ran 1:43 somewhere in the rain in the 2nd race later in the day.
The cool thing was it was sort of like the movie LeMans, in my Gulfesque car battling two red cars in the rain hah :)<ul><li><a href="http://youtube.com/watch?v=maYU-YiomKc">youtube video.</a></li></ul>
