Have a '98 A4 1.8t w/ quattro. Not a big beleiver in non-factory chipping, certainly not past stage one unless you like the smell of burning parts. But...what are your real world experiences with the 190 hp upgrades? Also, anyone thing the new 180 hp engine for the TT will become the new base engine for the A4? Also, quattro weighs a lot...shouldn't the front track versions of the A4 be has quick as a quattro w/ a stage one chip? I had a 93 RS America and a '95 Carrera...the RS was always a 1/2 to 1 second quicker on the track. The 250 lbs less weight on the RS meant more than the exra 25 hp on the '95.
