The ECU has no date-count function and as such the problem does not exist. That's the official response, folks.

I was on the freeway the other day, and was coming up behind an E30 BMW, and noticed that the rear left tire was totally flat. The lady was driving along at 60 MPH, and apparently didn't even realize it. I thought sure she knew, so I just passed thinking she would pull off the road. I mean, how could you NOT notice. Anyway, I got just past her and looked in my right hand mirror just in time to see the tire go up in a cloud of blue smoke and come off the rim. Needless to say, she figured out something was wrong! I hate to think what the wheel must look like now. I don't know why, but I just thought I'd share that! :-)<p>CHarles<br>
