I do that kind of thing to but then sometimes feel guilty about it. Frey is pretty supportive of amateur racing around here, do NASA tech inspections for free, etc. and actually have to pay rent to do all that. In the future I am going to try to support the local business as much as I can. Except, of course, dealerships, any other parts source is preferable.
