I haven't recieved any confirmation in the mail that they received my $40 and that I'm now a member of the Quattro Club, but I did receive an e-mail from them yesterday. My question is...when do I receive that cool sticker that I've seen members put in one of the back, triangular passenger windows? Anybody know?
JT 99' 1.8Tqms

Welcome to the club! BTW, I've been a member for 3 years and they forgot to send me my 1998 membership card this year. Actually, they sent one but it had the wrong expiration date (1997) on it. I faxed a note asking Karen for a new one but it never has come.
No big deal, I still get the Quattro Quarterly issues so I know I'm still on the books.
You can buy the stickers if you call them or check out the website.
-C.

the sticker each year with renewal. Oh, well, I just sent my $40 so I'll see if I get one.
but QC is not subsidized by by the parent company - Audi. It also doesn't have a real large membership base therefore there aren't a lot of freebies. As membership grows, so will the perks.
Mick

That's right, it's the size of the membership base. that makes all the difference. With over 45,000 members, the Porsche Club of America, for example, has much greater dues revenue plus a monthly magazine with extensive advertising (bringing in more revenue). There is no factory financial support. BMWCCA has about the same size membership, also with a nice monthly magazine, but I don't know whether it has any company funding.
