Ok, this time it is FOR REAL! My company got nailed and we had to shut down ALL our Exchange Servers! It is also on all the news stations. It started in Asia (suposedly in the Philipines), hit Europe, and now is HERE. And it only took a few hours to spread.

If you get a message called ILOVEYOU, or an E-Mail with a program called "ILOVEYOU", DELETE IT! It is like Melissa, but worse, and this time DOES damage on hard drives. Supposedly deletes MP3 and JPG files.

McAfee and Symantec (Norton) are suposed to already have a fix, but their websites are getting so many hits, you might not be able to get in to get the update.
