I'll probably get it in my hands next week. It's a 7.5" just like my M1 which I got for $100 more. So I know it should fit me ok and wobble around my GF's smaller head :-)

Yikes that's not funny in black & white print.<br>Yeah, the borrowed helmet I had in previous events was a bit too large, but the one's I'm looking at for myself are 7 1/8 to 7 1/4, which is between small & med depending on the manufacturer. Been in to try on helmets twice, going again this weekend if they get my sizes in.<br>It's not as bad in the car, but on a motorcycle a size too big will have your head bouncing around inside the helmet (youch).<p>How about some orange & yellow flames on the helmet, the "on fire" look? Or go with a theme, like black stripes & be Darth Maul from Phantom Menace?<p>Know anyone in the Bay Area that does painting? I'd like to get the audi rings, some words, my name, SOMETHING on my new one also- can't stand the white dot look. <br>

Try a local sign shop -- I had vinyl lettering done for my name & some Audi Sport decals (smaller versions of the ones on the rear fenders of my car in the thumbnails).

I was lucky that there was a 7.5 and it happen to be an M3. Now I have an M3 in my A4. In fact, checkout Arai Helmet listings. There is one auction to expire today with a 7 - 7 1/4 size. My next choice if I didn't win the Bell.
