I don't know if I completed my card...and I think they stuck me in Rookie Stock...Great ! Second Place. I should have been in Rookie CSP, and been 5th place behind two M3s, a Miata, and some other strange thing.
I will be coded correctly at Stockton. Corey S and I will be going, maybe Karen (whose that?), and Sean Griffin. Anyone else? DanK?
Steve S.
97 2.8QM
I have a dealine at work that may make me miss it. But I may be able to come out. Looks like there wasn't that good an A4 turnout at the last colliseum run... In the ran we ought to kick ass, so hopefully more can show up.

Weird! A BMW M3 in A Stock (43.6) was FASTER than almost all the other classes, even Street Touring and Street Prepared! Either the other M3 drivers (and other cars as well) in SP or ST had bad drivers, or the M3 actually gets hurt by modifying it????? Boy, it sure seems that the mods for the other guys were a waste of money!

Mike, Rex Tener owner of said M3 that won A Stock is a very experience autocrosser. He went to Nationals this year, but apparently only got a 15th place. Around NorCal he is the best...that just goes to show you that the big boys go to Kansas for the Nationals. That also shows you that Joe Goeke and ??? Burns (1.8T) are very good getting a 4th and 7th respectively in the G Stock class.
BTW, Rex Tener is a new friend of mine...He and the guy with the M Coupe are also long time buddies. One other thing...the M Coupe (Josh) guy last year competed in a March (or something like a March) - yes, a open wheeled race car.
Steve S.
97 2.8QM
