Isn't this Skoda based on the Mk IV chassis of the NBeetle, Golf IV and etc?

As far as I know it is based on the same platform as the Passat. It has the <br>same engine lay out. Size vise, the dimensions are close to the A4.<p>-george

But the engine goes the wrong way... That's what lead me to believe its based on the MkIV chassis.<p>It could be based on the A4-Passat chassis and the engine/trans turned to use the developed drivetrain. Maybe?
