The Most recent edition of Automobile magazine has A drawing and a brief article regarding the 2001 A4. They said that all the U.S engines will have 5 valve and that the S4 will have 265HP. They also said that there would be 4 different body styles, 4dr Sdn, 2dr Coupe, 2dr coupe convertible and the Avant Station Wagon. The drawing was a front 3/4 shot. The front looked like a TT. You can't see the rear in the drawing. The C pillar looked similar to today's A4. I'm not sure if I like it yet, The Drawing looked different from the so called spy Photos (photoshop?) that has been floating around on the WWW. The car looked nicer in the drawing, the Spy photos were ugly. Has anyone seen it yet? I think that it's the January edition. It's the Magazine with the comparison test between the E55 Mercedes, New M5 and the Jaguar(the fast one).<p>

instead of subs & Buds. They have a serious problem with identifying SPECULATIVE drawings by any Hans,Giovnni,or Ian which they always imply are the "real thing." It's so annoying for them to intersperse articles by Kacher from Europe about European models w/out CLEARLY telling people that they're reading about a different car than the one that they may, or may not, see in the States. And, from Day One, they've made hay with drawings and erroneous info. that just further CONFUSES people. I mean, compare what you read in the "front of..." the next two issues of Automobile with the same sections/previews in the next two issues of Road&Track and you'll see EXACTLY what I mean.
