Tire and wheel show no damage. Tires have about 4k miles on them. I had them remounted last week but the problem still exists. Is there a slim piece of rubber? I don't want to have to buy a new tire.

take the tire off and clean and sand the rims lightly at the contact area and re mount

clean the edge of the rims and use a rubber sealer around the area to ensure a tight fit.
