After some fiddling and tests to find out why my email volume is about 1/2 its normal level, it appears that our company spam filter has been a bit over-zealous lately. If you've sent me an email and it has been 2 business days with no reply I have not received it. Please resend it and change the subject to "audiworld question" or "Audi tires question" something of that nature. I hope that a subject this direct will bypass the spam filter. I'm also available on the phone during most business hours as well.
