I've had all parts connecting my left front wheel to the rest of the car replaced after an accident
in which the other fellow slammed intot my fender and totally messed up the wheel in the process. I touched the new parts and they don't seem to be greased or anything. Do I need to go to a rustproofing place? I hear only bad things about that, not to mention the total ripoffs etc. Should I grease the new parts myself? What should I use? How should I go about it.
Thanks for your help
Gus

are probably not worth the money. Sometimes the stuff they use is actually moisture permeable which is worse than having nothing. Heck, I would probably go with some semi-gloss black Rustoleum in the spay can. That stuff works pretty good for most things.
