I need quick advice.

I did a search and nobody but one person has mentioned these tires all year (maybe that answers my question).

Are these any good or not? Tirerack doesn't sell Cooper and I am having difficulties finding reviews for these.

The local Discount Tire is making me a great deal on a set of 4. They are Y rated and appear to be fairly good.

I am mostly concerned about noise, and then handling second.
