I am very disappointed with the stock concert system and was thinking about some new speakers. Anyone try replacing them and what did you go with? Thanks.<br>

I`ve replaced the stock front door speakers wit a speaker set from Pioneer, designed for use in the A4. They represent a major improvement in sound quality. To improve the bass I had to install a new amplifier and a sub-woofer in the trunk ( I have an Avant-wagon).<p>Reese<br>96 A4 1.8 Avant

MB quart and Boston Acoustics seem to be popular choices.<p>5.25" fit into the location with an adapter from MB Quart (again check the archives)<p>The same adapter will work with other speakers.<p>Some have gone to 6.5". This requires some work to make them fit.<p>I am currently in process with Morel 6.5 in doors.<p>1996 a4 2.8 qm (concert/delta)<br>
