I bought my car from Ernst at Diablo Audi in Concord, but have heard some disturbing news about their service department. I'm coming up on my first service, and I'm thinking about trying Valley Audi in Livermore. Has anyone had any experience with them? Or had good service from Diablo Audi?
Thanks,
Sandy 98.75 2.8L qTip

Livermore Audi will not service anybody in the industry you work in....sorry :-)
Hey, what up with the merger stuff?
Steve S.
97 2.8QM

Merger? What merger? ;-)
The problem is oil companies just can't make it out there on their own. They must become larger ... stronger ... faster than before. You know, like the banking industry.

Sandy
Haven't had my audi serviced there, but plan on using them when I hit the first 7,500.
They have serviced my Subaru and I have been very happy. I schedule my appointment for first thing in the morning and then wait. They have always finished promptly.
Hope that helps.
gramps 2.8 qms

Don't get me wrong, I think they're trying, but I (1) brought my car to Livermore Audi in July to fix a front end creak/groan (96 A4 2.8) (2) came back in September when they had the parts (3) came back in October when it began creaking again two weeks after the repair (4) came back in November when they had the parts (5) came back in December when it began creaking again and (6) am now waiting for more parts. I don't know if Audi is cheaping out on the authorized repairs or whether these guys are incompetent boobs, but so far I'm not impressed. In spite of this, I love everything else about the car so much that I'm willing to forgive, if they just fix the problem.
