Today was a 'really' nice day. It started out with meeting 19-20 other Audi owners at Malibu Grand Prix for some nice gocart racing...we even had a few qlisters there as well. A4 owners Chris Boynton, Corey S, and Jack Thomas seemed to dominate the low et's today. In fact Chris managed to run off three runs of sub 54 seconds...which qualified him to take several laps in the Club Car (stickier tires...stiffer suspension...and a few other things). The result was that Chris got his time down to a 51.89....not bad...not bad at all. We then headed up to the Alpine Inn for some Sierra Nevada ale and a burger or two. Then, of course, since we happen to be in the hills above Palo Alto, we decided to take a little jaunt on Skyline Blvd, Page Mill Road, Portola Valley Road and Woodside Road. Besides coming quickly behind some xmas tree tote-ing stationwagons, we seemed to have some definite fun in these twisty roads.
