Last service appointment I had on my 323i BMW I was given a 98 528i with 4500 miles on it. Free. The service? Oil change and program the theft alarm system I had installed (which they didn't charge me for!) They also hand washed my car, also for free.<p>Haven't had my wife's A4 in yet, so don't know what to expect there.

I've taken my car in to Sunnyside in Cleveland several times, and gotten a Honda Accord wagon both times. Not great, but certaintly good enough. <p>One nice touch. They remove the ashtrays from all their loaner cars, so they are smoke free.<p>Tom Halter<br>98.5 2.8 QM Pearl/Onyx
