I have a 03 Allroad with the OEM F1 (they suck).
I will be going to a Michelin pilot A/S ASAP.
Stock size is 225/55/17 or I could up it to 245/50/17!
Any one know of any reason not to do this except cost!!!

The 245/50s I use quite commonly on the allroad. Michelin's specs for that tire & size will fit OEM wheels & clearance is not an issue on the car.
