just arrived in downtown chicago (from LA, what a drive!!). need 24 month service as well as change in oil grade. any suggestions, comments, recommendations or experiences on LOEBER service would be greatly appreciated.<p>

Get off at Division (1200N) and head all the way over to Loeber. You'll have to go around the block once, because otherwise you'll go one way the wrong way. Pull into one of the three lanes in the Audi service bay. Watch it pulling in, the driveway is brutally steep and not safe for a fast pull-in if you're significantly lowered or have a low air dam up front. Drop off your car, walk through the leftmost door, pass the two vending machines, and wait for service. They're prompt and it's routine service so it should be fast and easy. While you're there, you might want to peek at the new Jetta. It's blue and in the front window of the VW segment.<p>Cameron<br>

I own a 1990 VW Passat (awaiting delivery of 99 A4 1.8TS), which Loeber also sells/services and would recommend them for service - I'm planning on having my A4 serviced there, at least while under warranty. Since I don't have the A4 yet, and haven't used Loeber service that much, consider this a less than fully knowledgeable recommendation, and I hope you get some more replies. Good luck!
