To anyone out there thinking of picking up a Truechoice Koni coil over think again. To start things off I was told that my shocks would be ready in 2 weeks. I told them that I needed them ASAP and to ship them 2nd dy air. They sent them out two days latter and still charged me the 2nd day rate. *******s. Three and a half weeks after ordering I received 3/4 of my suspension. They forgot the front springs. When I unpacked my suspension the paint was still wet on the shocks. There werent even any instructions to assemble them or get them on the car. There was no spanner tool to adjust the spring perches. That I was told would be extra. There were also no instructions on how to adjust the konis themselves. I guess it was trial and error. When we finally removed the old suspension and were ready to put in the new it wouldn't fit. The only good thing that I have to say about them is that they issued a return authorization promptly. True choice is junk. So for 53 dollars worth of shipping and 275 dollars I got to remove and install the original suspension.

Thanks for your info!! I was considering replacing my ABT coil overs for a set of phase 3 Truechoice Koni coilovers. Just curious: did you get it for the FWD or Quattro cos I remembered them saying that they would have to modify the Koni's for fitment to Quattro A4's.

The shocks were for the FWD. You have been warned.

That seems pretty unusual for them. The springs should have been powdercoated from the factory too.<p>Very weird.
