These are 16" ATP S5's with 205/55 Kumho Ecstas. It may be a few days before I get them waxed and on the car, but they look great by themselves!
Pretty heavy, though. The shipping weight was about 50 lb. Does anyone know the wheel weight? It looks like ATP designed these as a kind of replica of the S4 Avus wheel, in a 5-spoke version, which may explain the "S5" name. It may also explain the weight!
For me that's not a problem. I'm not planning to put the car on a track or autocross circuit, so the solid feel of these wheels is simply reassuring.
I've been waiting to do this for 2 years. That's when I upgraded the suspension to OEM sport, but (being a cheapskate) I wanted to get some more value out of the 15" all-seasons. Soon the "s/2" in my sig (half the sport package) will become just "s". The wheels and tires are aftermarket, but roughly equivalent to OEM sport (actually better in my estimation). (Well, I won't have the sport steering wheel, so call me a liar.)
