I have only met one of my service techs out of three regular service visits. All did a great job. The second service (15K) is where I got to meet the service tech, but I cannot remember his name. We chatted for 5-10 minutes as he finished up diagnostics on my car (he even left a full bottle of washer fluid inside my car since the resivor was full and I was entitled to it). I know he was a relatively new person there, and he drove a red truck if that helps. I thought of trying to dig up his name, but I have had good service no matter who I got so I did not worry about it. Sometimes the Porsche guys fill in for the Audi techs when things are hectic, so he may have been a Porsche mechanic. I don't know if they will even let you request a specific tech or not, so please post your results.<p>-Dave
