What's the latest i can order a 99 A4? (e.g. if I ordered in, say, August, would my car be a '00?<br>I'm trying to get the best of both worlds-- special order (I only want quattto, sport and sport seats), along with lower financing rates available at the end of the model year.

Last year I ordered a 98 A4 2.8 on Aug 6, 1997. The dealer had just gotten information on the new interior colors (atmospheres). I got my 98.5 A4 on Oct 21. It was one of the first of the new models they recieved. I would say that ordering after July 31 would be risky.
