Here is the deal. I currently have Zender Monza wheels, which are 17*7.5. I also have Pirelli’s (7000 super sport). I am tired of the tires and they are too noisy for me so I need to get new tires. I also have the H&R and bilstein setup. This is for an Avant. Money is not really an issue, I need your advice.

What I am looking for: good street handling and low road noise. I love feeling the road.

Here are the options:

1) Dunlop SP9000's: 225/45/17
2) Bridgestone S-02 Pole positions: 235/45/17
3) Bridgestone S-02 Pole positions: 235/40/17

What do you think? Thank you very much. I really appreciate your help.

If youare attempting the 235 sizing, I would recommend the 235/40 since you have the suspension lowering on car now to ensure clearance.

I have them on hand, call me when you are ready!

Thanks!<p>Eddie

Hey Steve,
How are you doing Steve? Nice ride!! Congrats on the S4. When did you get it? I am in Davis at the moment because i am attending UC Davis (Graduate school).

Thanks a lot on the advice about the tires. I really need to get rid of my tires I have on. I have 7.5" rims and many have discouraged me from getting the pole positions in 235's. However, I really want to upgrade the size and that is why I considered the Dunlop 225's (wider). What do you think? Thanks Steve, you are so much help. I am about to post pics of my new headlights on the A4 forum. Check them out. A whole new car.
