I was looking at carpoint.msn web page and one reviewer listed the 0-60 time of the A4 2.8 tip (no q) at 9.7 seconds. This can not be true! I've heard on this board of the time being 8.2 seconds. What's up? The other 0-60 times were similarly unimpressive with the other A4 models. <p>Question? Is this one reviewer full of it???

It's just a bunch of computer geeks who think they know how to drive...

Follow the link below and see what Audi claims. They say 8.2 for the FWD Tip and 9.0 for the Quattro Tip. These are probably "best case" times made with an expert driver. If you really care about 0-60 times, get the 5 speed manual.

My 86' GTI could do better than 9 seconds. And I feel my 1.8 Passat come pretty damn close to that time as well. I agree, it's gotta be the driver.<p>Herman
