I have guessed that the S6 has larger brakes as well and have ordered them on spec. But it would be nice to know for sure... I remember seeing them on an A6 2.7 in the registry section.

Isn't the S6 based on the 4.2? I have heard that the 4.2 wheels do not fit on the 2.7T. I think the 4.2/S6 front end is different, even if the brakes are the same.

What is the difference between 7.5 and 8?
