Doesn't the 730 replace the 71? The treadwear rating is better on the RE730 and the tread pattern looks different. Does anyone know if the tire is supposed to handle similarly?

I have the 730's on my Avant in 225/45-17. So far I have absolutely no complaints, they handle so well they reveal the limitations of my stock, non-sport suspension. I have not yet been able to get them to break away. They are pretty quiet on the road too, noise on the freeway is even less than the stock Eagle LS 15" tires. I'm not really in a position to give an objective review, but so far they seem great.

The tire is the replacement successor to the RE71.

I posted here a week or so ago that we have some testing/ track drives scheduled on the 730s coming upi here in the next week (weather holding out), so I will have more info for you then, but so far, I have recieved nothing but good feedback on them, and it has been a very good seller for us so far.

Kepp ya posted!
