In cold weather, my new A4's stick shift feels all glued up. When the engine is warm, it shifts well !
Is it normal or should I change the tranny fluid ?

It's normal, the A4 has a tight gearbox (meaning the parts have little slop) which makes this worse. I've heard of some folks changing the lube to improve this but the one time I did (on an older Audi) it made it worse. I just shift a little slow on those cold mornings, sometimes double clutching if its real cold until the box is warm.

You'd move pretty slowly too, if you sat out all night in the freezing cold! ;-)

your trans fluid is getting cold and thickening. Changing it won't help.
Garage the car or let it warm up for a while.
Its normal.
I noticed this too and thought I had a problem. It mainly feels like the synchros aren't "synching" quite right and there's a slight crunch (felt, not heard) when shifting unless I do it really slowly. Unfortunately, my drive to and from work is too short to really get the gearbox warmed up, so it seems to be doing it most of the time these days.
Doug G
98 1.8TQM
