I'm looking for an aftermarket exhaust system for my 2.8 30V. I've the Wetterauer chip and the Ram Air filter. I'd like to get the exhaust from them, but an tired of waiting. Any suggestions and experiences with systems for the 30V would be appreciated. Thx.!<p>J<br>

I made a system for my 1.8T in June. I purchased the pipe and mandrel bent ells from Ted Hurst at Robert James Sales in Twinsburg OH. 1-800-777-0820. They have every kind of pipe you could need. I used 5 of the purchased 10 feet of 2.5"I.D.16ga.T304. <p>Then I ordered the three (yes 3) mufflers from a custom builder in Erie PA. Contact Jimmy of Stainless Steel Exhaust, 814-833-8677 fax 814-835-3707. I had him make 2 straight 5"x20" 2.5"I/O rounds with 2"collars. I also had him make 1 offset 8"x24" 2.5"I/O round (same collars). All stainless T304. I also ordered some 3/8" round bar and 1/8"x1" bar for mounting in addition to a larger all T-304 Flex pipe.<p>Service was great turn time about 1 week.<p>I then had it installed by a small show in Waterford MI.
