<br>Console was changed due to peeling,car had 11000mi. They did a nice job but color seems lighter allmost like a ash color is there an off black or do I need to armor-all and forget . PScar is 1997 A4 blackon black sports package. Thanks Randy

Randy, is your A4 quarto or FWD? I have a '97 and added an armrest. I called Clair to order a black armrest and they told me the FWD uses a color called Volcano (very dark grey, almost black) for interior trim and that black was used in the quatro only. They shipped me the volcano color and it is an exact match for my interior.
