There's my recent problem with my beloved 2003 audi a6 2.5 tdi BCZ is that is verry hard 2 start and when i meen hard i meen i have 2 cranked over 2 times till the oil light comes on and then when eventualy starts there's like a hyuge cloud of some in behind it(sort of witish in colour,unburnt diesel).Now ther problem developed over 3 days getting worse and worse and now its a pig to start.
The injection pump has been replaced by mee about 6 months a go and it runed pefect till now,i plugged in a swan tool and when to channel 4 in measuring blocks and it shows me -5.5 ot and 4.20 ot!
My question is what are the values that thei should be in there and how do i do the timing on this type of pump as it's a solid pulley?!
