It serves you right for stealing someones identity. You probably like the Toyota better anyway. Mark 11-23-1998, 01:36 AM Just had to post something. If you have Allstate auto insurance switch!

===
http://www.egroups.com/list/LaWashington/
http://www.gemhound.com/
http://sreality.simplenet.com/djisticked/other_allstate_victims.htm
http://www.nysba.org/media/sbn/allstate.html
http://www.smith-lawfirm.com/Allstate_campaign.htm
http://www.insure.com/states/ca/home/allstate1098.html
http://www.vamedmal.com/may97.htm#Allstate
GusS 11-23-1998, 04:34 AM Haha, that's exactly who I have. I didn't have much choice when I picked an insurance company. They were as much as $3,000 cheaper than most other companies and their competitors who offered premiums in their range had
ridiculous deductibles like $2000.
I live in Quebec though. Here they're using a no-fault insurance scheme, In
addition to that in a case like mine where a police report was filed, and there
is only property damage the lawyers thing is not applicable. I didn't take my
car to one of their garages, and they have no choice but to put in new parts.
The adjuster showed up in the 48 hours after the claim was made that they
promised, and he seemed thorough and considerate of my questions & special
requests. But this was the easy part, let's hope it won't all go downhill from here.
Anyway thanks for your articles, as I was unaware of Allstate's practices in the USA.
Gus GusS 11-23-1998, 10:11 AM Right now it's estimated at $2,800 parts & labour ($1,500 for parts). So it's not too bad. Not yet known whether there was damage to the tranny..
|
