I just looked up price for the front control arm kit for the Allroad. I had bought and installed a few kits (Blaupart, FC Groton) for the A4 (low to mid $300), and A6 (bit more; no real reason I guess, just because they can?).

head over to ecs tuning and look for the upper c-arm kit meyle heavy duty (http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-All_Road--2.7T/Suspension/OEM/ES1611/) it runs 300. good kit and build quality
also from ecs heavy duty tie rod ends by meyle (http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-All_Road--2.7T/Suspension/OEM/ES2815/) 90 bucks for the pair.
a lot beefier than oem, get these, the allroad is a heavy whale of a car

now go over to http://www.rmeuropean.com and look up the lower arms.
they carry the oem curved and straight arms that are allroad only. nice guys, i went and picked mine up because they are local to me

total for this parts list about 1100 +/-

its going to be a touch expensive, but you have to get the proper parts otherwise you'll have problems
