Hi all,

I'd like to use Seafoam to remove carbon deposits in my engine.

The seafoam website says "Locate a vacuum line that you are certain DISTRIBUTES EVENLY TO ALL CYLINDERS. On many vehicles the easiest option is taking the vacuum line from your brake booster PCV"

Where's the Brake Booster PVC or a good vacuum hose to use on an A2 FSI? A picture would really help.

Thanks

It is the vacuum line from engine to the large chamber behind the Brake master cylinder. You should also be able to find an input like a tyre tube valve with a cap on it somewhere on the inlet manifold.

make sure not to mistake the one for the fuel rail. it also looks like a valve stem port. unless you want gas in your face.

i got the spray can seafoam and put the line in the throttle body inlet and put the charge pipe back on over it and sprayed it in that way.
