View Full Version : Do your power folding mirrors move at different speeds? PJRed2008 09-03-2011, 09:02 AM You got too much time on your hands :) KevinDaytona 09-04-2011, 05:58 PM You got too much time on your hands :) :D You know how it is when you get a new toy. :D I was really just wondering if it was normal or if something might have happened to mine before delivery. I noticed it said in the manual not to fold the mirrors by hand (like most people at dealers and car washes tend to do) if you have to power mirrors. I though someone might have done that and damaged them. jomo01 09-05-2011, 09:19 PM :D You know how it is when you get a new toy. :D I was really just wondering if it was normal or if something might have happened to mine before delivery. My passenger side mirror always outruns the one on the driver side by maybe half a second. the_shindogg 09-07-2011, 07:00 PM at what speed do the mirrors fold in? is the fold in at a certain speed an option in MMI? KevinDaytona 09-09-2011, 09:08 PM They fold in when you lock the car or flip the switch on the door. lostnspace 09-18-2011, 03:47 AM I know exactly ;) Noticed it too. I saw this thread before I got my car so its always been in the back of my mind, and when I was locking it last night for the first time in my garage, I said to myself "Well I be dammed, they do fold in a different times". |
