I'd like to not have the Screen pop up by default every time i start the car. Is there a way to MOD this setting somehow to not pop up by default? When I want it I'd rather pop it up, than having to pop it down for every little drive. I find it distracting around town, short trips.

There is a button on the dash to retract the screen. I don't know if it is persistent, or would reset each time the car is started. Will try that...

It will not stay down after restart.
