View Full Version : Bridgestone REO50A vs Perelli P-zeros
gmurban 06-27-2011, 12:10 PM My A7 (Prestige, Daytona Gray, Innovation, 20" Sport Pkg, B&O) is finally about to arrive and I need to choose tires. Trying to decide between the Bridgestone REO50A's and the Perelli P-Zero's. Dealer also has Yokohama Advan Sport's but I'm not a huge fan of Yokohamas after having them on my Q7.
Advice welcome! Thanks.
CharlieSlasher 06-27-2011, 12:39 PM The Pirelli's are definitely better tires and the PZero is more expensive and better rated than the REO50A's.
Why are you getting to pick your tires?

Dealer called and offered me a choice since they are installing my Cartesia five arm wheels at the dealer upon delivery (apparently those wheels are not being supported at factory or port at this time).
CharlieSlasher 06-27-2011, 03:40 PM Ah, gotcha.
Go with the Pirelli's. On top of the other points I mentioned, they are also quieter.
Of those three I'd go Pirelli, Yoko, Bridgestone. ;)

Please post many, many pics of your car when it arrives.
If you look at my posts here and AZ and fourtitude, I've been looking for some good pics of the cartesia on a US car.
I bet you will have the only one in the states for awhile. If the pics are superhot, you will sell a lot of $4000 wheels.
I saw some pics on an A5 4door that are gorgeous.

Lucky dog... We ordered Daytona Gray and was told that the color was put on hold. Defaulted to Phantom Black and delivery expected around July 15th
gmurban 06-27-2011, 06:18 PM B45- will do on the pictures.
Chicago- I do feel lucky after reading all the posts re color issues. I will not believe it until I see it but I've been told it is on the water. I ordered early April so may have beat the supply running low.
CharlieSlasher 06-27-2011, 06:57 PM It looks great in Daytona... My dealer has one on the lot!
CharlieSlasher 06-27-2011, 07:14 PM Here's two pics of Daytona I took on my cell. Lighting was a bit weird. You can see some clouds moving in.
Prestige, 20" sport, innovation, cold weather. Blk leather with aluminum trim.

Michelin Pilot Super Sports.
The Michelins for sure, if the choice is totally "open" and a zero cost choice to you. If you wanted an all weather tire, the Pilot Sport A/S is also good.
