Guys,
Ordered my S4 and have to say got a pretty decent price, a $1000 over invoice for a 2012. However, I am still debating whether to go for AudiCare or not. Any opinions? Also, putting in $1000 deposit with the dealer. The dealer says manufacturing will begin in August and I should have the car by mid september. He already has the allocation.
Can't wait :D,

Congrats!! Just ordered mine last wednesday, about the same delivery estimate. The wait is going to be painful. I'm wondering about AudiCare as well....

Ordered mine on the 4th of this month and I can honestly say the wait hasn't been that bad....yet!
My dealer had a changeable allocation with a production week of July 18. Last week I get an Email saying my NEW sip date is July 16!. So, it looks like my build date should be this week. Car has been "production stock" since 6/16. SA says she should have a VIN in the next few days.
I think the wait is about to get harder.
